Just today I was made aware of a seminar to be conducted locally here in Muncie, Indiana byTech4U.  It’s scheduled for October 23, 2008, 10:00 am at Bracken Library.  One of the topics is an introduction to Microsoft Surface which is new to me but appears to built around their Silverlight ideas.  Some of the exhibitors include: Apple, Inc., AT&T, Bell Industries, Best Buy, Black board, Cannon IV, CIM Technology Solutions, Dell, iclicker, Microsoft, Sarcom, Wimba and a host of others.  I’m personally looking forward to hearing from the experts.  Topics are The Horizon Metatrends, Emerging Communications, Information Security (including Laptop and Wireless Security).  It is scheduled for 8 hours.
